Our Christmas Adventures Pt 1: Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve we hung at Papa and Nana's house, in recent years Christmas Eve reigns unofficially as "Papa and Nana's Day".

Naomi, Adalynn, and Keely presented Nana with a homemade book detailing the "Tuesday with Nana" adventures from this past summer.

We hope Nana liked it.

The grandchildren sat for the obligatory annual Christmas photo. Amazingly, everyone cooperated for the picture.

I've found the odds for a good photo increase with the number of photos taken. I so love my camera.

We even traveled to the annual Christmas Eve Candlelight service - alternating between LaGrave and Westminster - to worship and prepare for Christmas day. Adalynn somehow stayed up until we left for the service, so displayed some "slap happy"ness during. We woke Keely...and she stayed awake. In all, Keely remained in the service for a total of 3 minutes before her loud growling granted her a seat in the foyer. Adalynn made it a grand 5 minutes. But I wouldn't change it for the world.
