FarMHouse post Rough-in Inspections

So. The past 2 weeks were a whirlwind of working at the property - more for Travis than I, as he completed the rough-in electrical. On May 30 the rough-in work was completed, and on May 31 all of the rough-in inspections were passed! (There are 3 total - plumbing, electrical, and structural?) We were geeked. That's a big step in proceeding with the house interior, and a huge accomplishment for Travis to pass his inspection on the first attempt. Way to go, hon!
Here's some updated pictures of the outside. The interior looks pretty much the same as it did, except the wires weaving through the studs.

With that done, we have a little time to work on other projects and catch up while our subs complete insulation and drywall. Woot! One such task was reinforcing our "chick pen" and moving the turkeys, chickens, and ducklings (oh my!) to the FarM. We did this on Sunday. The 'lil ones are in heaven; rolling around and laying in the sunshine!

Next on the list is the porch roof and siding, the insulation (today) and drywall (starts with delivery of drywall Wednesday, drywallers start Thursday!). The drywallers should be done next week Friday (the 15th), then it's gonna get busy again with priming the interior...maybe painting, radiant floor installation (again, for the main this time), and concrete floors!
